ATC 2008-2009 REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION DATES;

12TH GRADE - 7:00 PM AUGUST 20, 2008

7 TH – 11 TH GRADES – 8:00 AM – 3:45 PM AUGUST 21, 2008

School Supply list will be addressed by individual teachers the first week of school

REGISTRATION FORMS;

Click on the name of the form to view and print. Please print out the forms that pertain to your student, fill them our and bring the completed forms with you to registration. Please do not e-mail or fax the forms back to the school.

Completed forms to bring to registration:

Student information form – Only if you did not fill one out last Spring

Cell Phone Policy – all students

Computer Policy – all students

Attendance Policy – all students

Photo/Military form – all students

Bike Registration form – bike riders only

Car Registration form – Drivers only

Off Campus form – 12 th graders only

REGISTRATION FEES:

Student activity fees with be collected at registration.

12 th grade activity fee - $80.00 (includes cap and gown)

7 th – 11 th grade activity fee - $40.00

Bike permits - $5.00

Car permits - $25.00

If you will be out of town on the 20 th (seniors) or on the 21 st (7 th -11 th), please call Diana Kelly at 473-4282 ext 100 to make an appointment for late registration. Your student will be considered a “No-Show” unless you call the school.

We need Parent Volunteers to help with registration. If you are able to help, please call Melanie McPherson at 473-4282 ext 101.
