Remote Learning Updates!

Good Evening Parents, Students and Families,

This message is a follow up to our letter posted at on 7/20 and contains an important survey for families due by Friday, August 14th, 2020. We appreciate your patience as we adapt and evolve our school operations in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please review each of the following:

First day of School: Our first day of class will be Thursday, August 20th. Between August 17-19 families will be able to come to ATC for a scheduled curbside pick up of needed materials. The survey attached to this email is critical to helping us plan and organize materials for students.

July Remote Learning Letter : As noted, ATC, based on all feedback and factors considered, had elected to begin the year with remote learning for all students for quarter 1. Since then, the Governor's office announced all schools statewide would begin with remote learning with the earliest transition to hybrid learning (blend of remote and on-campus classes) no sooner than September 8th. Our plan remains unchanged by the current statewide orders.

Remote Learning Overview : UPDATED 8/25/20. For ATC students, classes will be held M-W-F (College Crew also meets on Thursdays). Tuesdays and Thursdays are time dedicated for support and coursework. Please review this document for further details.

All Students! Do you play Minecraft? Check your school email for an invite to join a Minecraft server and discord channel hosted by two of our seniors, Ben Rockstroh and Jakob Warniment. They hope the server and channel will be a great place for our students to gather and have fun in these times of social distancing and stay-at-home orders. Please reach out to Ben and Jakob if you need details resent.

Thank you, stay safe, stay fearless!
