ATC In-person Registraion:

Wednesday, July 29, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Thursday, July 30, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Families may attend either day, regardless of which grade your student is in. When you arrive, please proceed to the gym. Students should attend with a parent/guardian whenever possible.

In-person registration is required to complete important back-to-school steps. This does not affect your student’s enrollment at ATC; however, incomplete registration may delay access to Chromebooks, schedules, parking permits, athletics, field trips, dances, or other extracurricular participation until all required steps have been completed.

During registration, families will complete the following:

Pay registration and activity fees, past-due fees, or outstanding fines
Purchase a student parking permit, if needed
Sign the required technology and handbook agreements
Pick up the student’s Chromebook and charger
Receive the student’s class schedule
Submit a schedule change request, if needed
Sign up for athletics or receive help with DragonFly and physical forms, if needed

Families may check their student’s PowerSchool account for current fee balances before attending registration. ATC accepts certified checks, money orders, cards, or cash. Personal checks will not be accepted. Families who are unable to pay the full balance at registration may speak with staff about setting up a payment plan.

Schedule change requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Students who submit requests early will receive priority consideration. Seniors with a gap in their schedule will need to decide whether to leave campus during their off period or adjust their schedule by enrolling in an additional class or serving as a Teacher Assistant (TA) or an Office Aide. If they choose to leave campus during off periods, parents are required to sign paperwork at registration.

Student Parking Permits will be available during registration for the reduced cost of $15 per permit, instead of the regular $25. To receive a parking permit, students must bring their driver’s license or provisional license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. Students with restricted driver’s licenses are not permitted to park at ATC.

We understand that some families may be out of town during the designated registration times. Families who are out of town and unable to attend on July 29 or 30 must email attendance@atcschool.org with their student’s name and a request to schedule a time to come to ATC to complete registration, no later than the first day of school. Scheduling for make-up registration will begin on July 15 when our attendance clerk returns to work.
